What does the Aura-Soma therapeutic process involve?

In Aura-Soma it is often said "You are the colours you choose". The colours chosen reflect the needs that we have hidden within ourselves. Our colour choice helps us to recognize these needs at a deep level providing a bridge of communication between the self and the soul. This is known as The Rainbow Bridge.
We ask the client to select from a complete range of 105 different colour combinations. Some of the bottles have the same colours top and bottom and some have dual colour which present contrast and complementaries in the upper and lower fraction. The person selecting is asked to choose 4 different bottles in order of preference. From this we can determine what qualities have been brought from the past, what difficulties are predominant and how someone is faring in relation to their tendencies.
When we talk about the colours we are also talking about the 3 energies that come together in the bottles; the mineral kingdom, the plant kingdom and the world of colour and light.
When we apply the appropriate oil to the appropriate area of the body then many different things take place. When, for example, the Gold oil is applied around the person's middle then there is a sympathetic resonance set up from the application of the bottle and therefore the release of its energies. It is similar to the homeopathic principal - like treats like. The colour creates the correct vibration in the similar area of the body corresponding to that colour. We are increasing the consciousness by bringing about "balance".
